Irradiation

If a player would lose unspent nontoxic mana,
that mana becomes toxic instead. (Toxic mana
is colorless. Whenever a player loses unspent
toxic mana, that player loses that much life.)
{x}{x}{1}: Irradiation deals X damage to each
damaged creature. Spend only toxic mana to
activate this ability.
