When you cast a noncreature spell, create a Mysterious Potion artifact token with: "Sacrifice this: Draw a card, then discard a card."
When you draw a card except for the first time on your turn, deal 2 damage to any target.
When Irzo the Mad dies, shuffle you graveyard into your library, then draw two cards.
