Is It Random

Before you cast Is It Random, choose an
opponent. That player must choose a number
between 1 and 20. You roll a N sided die where
N is equal to the number your opponent said.
Put X divided by 2 (round down) +X/+X
counters on a target creature, where X is the
result of your roll. Those counters will remain
there until that opponent rolls a number
you choose on their d20.
