Isaac, Devious Frenchman

When Isaac, Devious Frenchman enters the
battlefield, perform these actions in order —
• Exile all other nonland permanents on
the battlefield.
• Exile all land cards on the battlefield. Return
them randomly to the battlefield under each
player's control starting with yourself and rotating
clockwise, dealing one to each player.
• Exile all cards in each player's hand and
graveyard. Any player may cast any card exiled
this way as if he cast it from his hand.
