On each player's upkeep, each player pays 3 life for each card in their hand or they exile it. Whenever a card is exiled, it has a sanity counter on it. That card has, "This card cannot be cast unless you sacrifice a creature in addition to its
casting cost." When a spell is cast this way, that player puts it on the bottom of their library instead.
