As Ishtar enters the battlefield, choose
Love or War.
- Love: Ishtar gains flying and "At the beginning of your upkeep, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand."
- War: Ishtar gains trample and "At the beginning of your combat phase, put two +1/+1 counters on target creature you control."
