Isk, Shard of the Isochron

When Isk enters the battlefield, exile an instant card with converted mana cost 3 or less from your hand.
{t}: Put a +1/+1 counter on Isk, then you may pay mana equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on
Isk. If you do, you may cast a copy of the exiled
spell without paying it's mana cost.
When the Scepter was destroyed, many went in search of
it's pieces. Many of those pieces, however, went in search
of a host.
