Burning (At the beginning of each opponents
upkeep step put a burning counter on one target
creature. (At the beginning of you upkeep each
creature with a burning counter get -1/-1 for the
rest of the game. If it dies exile it instead.)
When Iso, Master of Flame enter the
battlefield put a +1/+1 counter on up to two
target creatures you control.
