When Issaw comes into play create Telemetry of Imperception, a legendary colorless artifact token
with "{t}: Until end of turn, target creature
either gains or loses flying and is +2/+2 in
combat against creatures with flying or reach".
He couldn't recall when he first learned to fly, but he
could certainly remember learning to fall.
