It That Destroys

Whenever It That Destroys attacks, defending
player discards two cards. For each permanent
card discarded this way, that player sacrifices a
permanent of that permanent card type.
Whenever an opponent discards an instant or
sorcery card, you may cast that card without
paying its mana cost. If you do, exile it as it
resolves.
Your pleas for refuge shall go unheard.
