It That Slays

Trample, flying, protection from dragons
When It That Slays deals combat damage to
a player, it deals that much damage to target creature with flying.
The Council of the Keepers was formed when It first arrived. Summoned by those that see the dragons as creatures of destruction, Its only purpose is the extermination of its prey.
