At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent exiles a permanent they control. Search its owner’s library, hand, and graveyard for any number of cards with the same name as that card and exile them. Then exile all permanents that player controls with the same name as the exiled card. Repeat this process for a card in their hand and a card in their graveyard. You gain 1 life for each card exiled this way.
