It that Watches costs {1} less to cast for each card
in the graveyard of each player with the least life.
It that Watches gets -1/-1 for each card in the
graveyard of each player with the least life.
Whenever a player loses life, for every 1 life lost
this way, that player puts the top card of their
library into their graveyard.
When It that Watches dies, each opponent puts
the top seven cards of his or her library into his
or her graveyard.
