It's Closing Time

It's Closing Time cannot change and zones levels up
every 5 minutes.

Level 1 : Players lose 1 life at the beginning of
their upkeep and draw an extra card.

Level 2 : Gaining life doesn't cause players life
totals to change and all sources of damage is
doubled. (Life gain effects still trigger.)

Level 3 : Creatures can't block.
