When you cast It's just malaria, create a 1/1 green Insect creature. If you cast it from your dirt zone, attach it to target player instead.
When It's just malaria deals combat damage to a player, put it into your dirt zone.
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep,
they lose 2 life unless any player pays {2}.
