It's Nothing but Reflections

Players play with the top card of their library revealed.

Each creature on the battlefield is a copy of the card revealed on top of its controller's library.

If a revealed card has no power or toughness, it gains, 'This creature has base power and toughness equal to this card's mana value.'

If the revealed card is an instant or sorcery, the creature gains, 'Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may create a copy of this card and cast it without paying its mana cost.'
