IV. The Emperor

Upright: Chosen a spoken command to
issue to the target, and communicate it
to the GM. The GM gives you a threshold
roll that you must exceed. If you agree, roll
SWOLE. If you succeed, the target obeys the
chosen command.
Inverted: Roll CHARM. On a partial
success or higher, one nearby target
becomes confused. If they are in combat,
they act randomly, and may harm their allies.
