Tapped creatures don't untap during their controller's untap steps.
At the beginning of each player's precombat
main phase, Ivani, Avatar Of Ice deals damage
to that player equal to the number of tapped creatures that player controls.
The cold is unpredictable, manipulative.
One moment it's a small nip on the cheek, the
next a whirling snowstorm of raw destruction.
