opponent chosen at random becomes the monarch.
As long as you are the monarch, you may cast spells
from your hand as though they had flash.
{t}: add {u}{b}{r}. Use this ability only during an opponents turn and only once each turn.
All of my brothers are against me, now I know I am
the chosen one!
