Ivasse, the promise

Suspend 99 — {w/u}{w/u}{w/u}
When Ivasse, the promise last time counter is
removed, flip 3 coins. If any coin flips tail, add
99 time counters. If all coins come up as head,
cast it.
When Ivasse, the promise enters the battlefield,
start a new subgame of Magic. You can not play
a standard subgame. Only fringe game types can
be played.
