Whenever Ivybelt Trailblazer or another
scout enters the battlefield under your
control, chamber 1. If a land card is put into
the sanctum this way, put a +1/+1 counter
on target creature. (To chamber 1, exile the
bottom card card of your library to the sanctum.
Any player can cast spells and play lands in the sanctum.)
