Upright: Roll WEIRD. On partial success, you
and your companion are transported to the
Broken Bell. On full success, all willing allies
are also transported.
Inverted: Select one Talking Card you have
already used and one of your abilities
you have already used the maximum number
of times per day. Roll BRAINS. On partial
success, regain the spent Talking Card and one
use of the spent ability. On full success, repeat
for a second card and a different ability.
