Ixir, Venerated Captain's power and toughness are each equal to the number of creatures you control.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, each other creature you control gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is Ixir's power.
At the end of your turn, if you control a creature with power 12 or greater, you may draw a card.
