Whenever a player spends mana to cast a spell
from his or her hand, it gains cascade, then
shuffle it into its owner's library.
{2}{g}{u}{r}, {t}: Shuffle target permanent into
its owner's library. Its owner reveals the top
card of his or her library until he or she reveals
a permanent card, puts that card onto the
battlefield, then shuffles his or her library.
