Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery,
put a charge counter on Izzet Ascendency.
At the beginning of your endstep, remove all
counters from Izzet Ascendency. For each five
counters removed this way, draw a card.
For each 10 counters removed this way, return
target instant or sorcery from your graveyard
to your hand. For each 20 counters removed
this way, Izzet Ascendency deals 7 damage
to each opponent.
