Izzet Command

Choose two:
• Gain control of target spell or permanent. If its
a spell, you may choose new targets for it.
• Return target creature to its owners hand. Izzet command deals X damage to that player, where
X is that creature's converted mana cost.
• Counter target instant or sorcery spell.
