Whenever you cast a blue spell, draw two cards,
then put one card from your hand on top of your
library. You may cast artifact spells as though
they had flash until end of turn.
Whenever you cast a red spell, reveal the top card
of your library. If an artifact is revealed this way,
you may play it or put it into your graveyard. If
you do, Izzet Gearhulk deals damage equal to that
card's converted mana cost of any target.
