Izzet Warmage

You may cast sorcery spells as though they had
flash.
Spell Mastery -- If there are two or more instant
and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard when you
cast Izzet Warmage, instant and sorcery spells
that you cast on a turn that isn't yours and that
deal damage instead deal twice that damage.
Just a little bit of concentration, a splash of practice,
and a whole lot of insanity.
