Whenever an opponent draws a card, if it isn't the first card that player has drawn this turn, that player exiles a card from his or her hand.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player exiles the top card of his or her library.
You may play cards exiled with Jaathik, Supreme Architect.
