+4: All opponents reveal their hands to you, you choose two cards from each for them to discard.
-5: Target opponent removes the top 20 cards of his or her library from the game.
-20: Restart the game with each player having 100 life, using both their original deck and an additional deck. Draw 2 cards each upkeep.
