+1: Each player reveals his or her hand then draws a card.
-3: Look at target opponent's hand. Separate those cards into two piles. That player chooses one of those piles then exiles the rest.
-4: Each player shuffles his or her hand and graveyard into his or her library then draws eight cards. If it's your turn, end the turn.
