When Jack-o-lantern enters the battlefield put a
candy counter on it.
Whenever an opponent would draw a card,
put a candy counter on it.
{b}{b}{b}{b}:Target opponent draws 4 cards and discards 5 cards.
When Jack-o-lantern has 15 or more candy
counters on it, exile all permanents each
opponent controls.
