under your control, it gets a quest counter. When a
creature you control deals combat damage to an
opponent, if the creature had a quest counter, you
may pay {p/g} and sacrifice it to gain control of target
nonland permanent that opponent controls with
mana value equal to or less than the mana value of
the sacrificed creature.
