When Jack the pumpkin king enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
On your upkeep, draw an extra card. Then discard a card and mill a card. If a land entered your graveyard, add one mana of any color. If a creature card entered this way, create a 4-4 skeleton creature token.

On your end step, return one permanent card from your graveyard from your hand. If you are the monarch, return it to the battlefield instead.
