Jae-Bae Strikes Back

When you draw Jae -Bae Strikes Back, you can sneak him onto the battlefield whenever you want without paying the cost. For every round no one notices his presence, add a +1/+1 counter to him.
You cannot attack or block until he is called out for "cheating." He will continue to accrue +1/+1 counters until this happens.
