Split Second, Rebound
Starting with you, each player votes for Jail or
Just Visiting. If the vote is tied, each player
discards their hands. If Jail has the most votes,
each player exiles a creature they control with
the highest mana value. If Just Visiting has the
most votes, all lands don't untap their controllers
next untap step unless they pay 1 life for each
land they untap.
