Will of the council —When Jak attacks, starting
with you, each player votes trick or treat. If trick
gets more votes, defending player sacrifices a
non-token creature or artifact they control. If
treat gets more votes or the vote is tied, each
player, other than defending player, draws a card
and creates a Food token.
