James, Bowling King

Will of the council —when James, Bowling King
enters the battlefield, starting with you, each
player votes for strike or spare.
If strike gets more votes, each player discards
their hand, then draws seven cards.
If spare gets more votes, each player chooses any
number of cards in their hand.
They put those cards on the bottom of their
library, then draw that many cards.
