+1 to CHA, WIS, DEX, or Intelligence; allows him to reroll when he has advantage on a dice roll for the chosen ability score.
Observant is also a great feat, as it allows +1 to WIS so Jaskier becomes more adept at taking in his surroundings.
He can also read lips when he shares the same language as a speaker and gains +5 to his Passive Perception
