Whenever a creature you control with Toxic
deals damage to a creature, put a flower counter
on that craeture.
Whenever a creature with a flower counter on it
dies, exile it, then return it to the battlefield
under your control with a decay counter on it.
At the beginning of your end step, destroy each creature with a decay counter on it.
