At the beginning of your end step, you may exile target untapped creature, then return that card to
the battlefield tapped under its owners control.
Put an Eon counter on that creature.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, each creature they control with an Eon counter on it
deals damage to its controller equal to its power.
