you to the target within 120ft.
Creatures in that line (except you & the target)
must make a DC 13 (DEX) saving throw. Taking
4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, & half
damage on a successful one.
Ranged weapon attack. Javelin proficiency allows
you to add your proficiency bonus to attack roll.
On a SUCCESSFUL hit, the target takes 1d6 +5 javelin damage, & 5d6 lightning damage.
