-Creatures with Drug counters
• cannot attack or block
• and gain upkeep of {x}, where {x} is the number
of drug counters on this creature,
•and have {1}:"for each drug counter that player
flips a coin, if the flip is won, remove the drug
counter, otherwise add another drug counter"
