Jay, the Omegaslayer

When Jay, the Omegaslayer enters, create 2
0/1 Blight creature tokens. Then put a Blight counter on up to X target creatures or artifacts,where X is the number of Blight creatures you control.
(at the start of a players turn for each blight counter on their field deal 1 damage to the player for each counter)
Once every 3 turns destory 2 tokens you control and target another player's creature or artifact and destory the target.
