JBL Speaker

When JBL Speaker enters the battlefield target player skips their next turn, finds the nearest device and plays their favorite song
on it. Each opponent rates that song from 0
to 10. For each player create a 0/0 colorless
good song token, put +1/+1 counters on
them equal to the rating from that player.
