Jealous Chieftain

Whenever an ape deals combat damage to a player
you may exile an instant or sorcery from that player’s graveyard.

Sacrifice a creature: Target a card exiled by Jealous Chieftain, if the sacrificed creature's mana value was higher or equal to the targeted spell, you cast that spell by either paying its mana cost or by paying life equal to its mana cost. After casting, put the spell into its owner graveyard.
