When this card is played, equip it to a Forceful
Being card. The equipped card can, once per
turn, gain a Force Power ability from any Being
card in your Netherworld or Force Power Action
card in your Netherworld.
Instruction {3} (If the equipped card is a Rank III
or Rank IV Forceful Being card, it can grant the
ability from this Holocron Artifact card to a Rank II
or Rank I Forceful Being card.)
