When Jeff Diones, of Jeff Face enters the battlefield, all players must make a Jeff Face. The last player to do so loses life equal to creatures he controls.
Additionally, pick a player. Choose a card from their hand, add it to your own. You may cast that card at will (its mana cost is converted to colorless).
