Roll a dice upon playing Jeff, if you roll a 5-6 Jeff becomes Summer Jeff, increasing him by 1/1 because of his sassiness. If you roll 1-2, Jeff becomes Taber Jeff, which reduces him by 1/1 because....Taber obviously.
