At the beginning of your end step, declare a card
name. Permanents with the declared name lose
all abilities. If a permanent with the declared
name enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter
on target creature you control. If a noncreature
spell of the declared name is cast, you may
remove a +1/+1 counter from target creature
you control; counter that spell.
